All borrowers, including children, shall have equal access to all Library materials. Guidance on selection of materials by children is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The Library reserves the right to limit individuals to three (3) books on a single subject, and to limit families to six (6) books on a single subject.

• 3 weeks, 1 renewal (if no reserves)
  Older general interest books, young adult materials and children's materials.
• Magazines: 2 weeks, no renewals for back issues
• Fast Fiction: 7 days, no renawal
• Videos: 2 weeks, 1 renewal
• DVDs: 1 week, no renewal
  

Overdue or lost items may limit your borrowing privileges at any RCLS Library. In case of loss, theft, damage or unreturned materials, the library will charge the borrower the cost of replacement.

Items are subject to the lending policies and fine structure of the loaning library.

Items may be borrowed up to 4 weeks unless otherwise stipulated by loaning library.

Library Cards
Residents of the Cornwall Central School District may register for a library card. Identification is needed to register - one photo ID (such as a driver's license) and one ID with current street address (such as a utility bill). Library cards will be mailed. Cards must be presented in order to check out materials. A replacement cost of $2.00 will be charged for a lost card.
