Just Say Yes to Fruits & Vegetables is a SNAP-education nutrition program aimed to help adults improve and enhance their nutrition in an affordable way. Each class includes a fun interactive lesson, cooking demonstration, samples to taste, fresh produce to take home, and fun incentives.
