You’re invited to an outdoor (weather permitting) sound bath, centered around the sacral chakra which opens the door to joy, passion, and a renewed sense of vitality. Wearing something orange is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat or lawn chair and let the tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks do the rest. If weather not cooperative the program will be indoors. Bring your yoga mat (chairs provided if needed). No lawn chairs indoors. Please register above.
