Join us for an opening reception to kick off a photography exhibit by David Nicholls.
Nicholls has traveled with a camera since his teenage years, recording the places he has visited. Growing up in the U.K., he has never been short of his favored subject, historic buildings, and over the years he amassed a considerable collection of Kodachrome slides. However, the arrival of the digital format has resulted in a late blooming of his photographic enthusiasm, and although much of his photographic activity takes place during his European trips, he now photographs year-round.
Nicholls is also an active member of the Hudson Highlands Photography Club & Workshop, which meets monthly in Chester and welcomes new members.
The opening reception is a drop-in event. Nicholls’s work will be on display in the Library Community Room through April.
