Notice of Special Board Meeting
The Cornwall Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, July 21, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM.
The Board expects to enter executive session shortly after the meeting begins to discuss a matter related to the Library Director search. No other business or public comment will be conducted.
CPL Board of Trustees Annual Organizational Meeting-July 8, 2026
Current Board Packet:
The Board of Trustees consists of seven members who are elected by the voters of the Cornwall Central School District. Board members are elected to three-year terms (or unexpired terms of shorter length). The election of Board members is held with the Annual Operating Budget vote in April of each year. The term of office coincides with the Library’s fiscal year, July 1-June 30.
