Monica Cieslak Morgan, a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef and JSY educator working with the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, combines her passion for cooking with her love of educating folks on how to incorporate healthy food choices into their diets. Free giveaways and recipes will be provided.

CDC guidelines for indoor gatherings will be followed.
