Unclaimed Funds Online Workshop

The Office of the State Comptroller, Thomas P. DiNapoli, is presenting an Unclaimed Funds workshop as a service to New Yorkers. Ms. Leah Solomon, the presenter, will feature background information on unclaimed funds, search tips and a walk-through of filing a claim.

Unclaimed or “abandoned” property refers to property or accounts within financial institutions or companies—in which there has been no activity generated (or contact with the owner) regarding the property for one year or a longer period.
