    February 11, 2021
    8:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Synopsis:

Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation is “a book as inspiring as it is informative, as practical as it is profound.” Daniel Siegel offers readers a proven, research-based method for harnessing “the power of our minds to resculpt the neural pathways of our brains in ways that will be life-transforming.” As we embark on a new year, let’s explore together the ways we can use Mindsight to reach our fullest potential.

Our virtual parenting book discussion group seeks to provide parents a sense of community and support as we raise our children through difficult and unprecedented times. Although this event is intended for parents, all are welcome to participate.

Facilitated by Kerin Santos
