TAX & BILL RELIEF:

The Federal and New York State income tax deadline is extended to July 15th.

State tax relief for small businesses: If you were unable to make your monthly sales tax payment, there will NOT be any late fees or penalties.

Orange & Rockland and Central Hudson will completely waive late fees for customers impacted by the Coronavirus.

New York State is providing mortgage relief to struggling homeowners impacted by the pandemic by requiring banks to waive mortgage payments for 90 days. Contact your bank if you need assistance.

CHILDCARE NEEDS:

Child Care Council – Call 845-294-4012. To be provided throughout the crisis period to families calling about daycare/childcare needs.  The office is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.  Their staff are available to process new applications and will prioritize healthcare providers and emergency responders.
